The site is located in the County of Northumberland and comprises a clay extraction site together with operational brickworks.
The application comprised the planning application and a detailed environmental statement which was required due to the nature of the habitat including Great Crested Newts being on site.
On completion of the site extraction operations the site will be restored to create a number of features including fishing lakes and eco tourist facilities.
